Access ComplianceOur licensed architects have been responsible for plan review and approval of multi-million dollar projects with challenging site and building accessibility issues throughout California. As an approved consultant to the Division of the State Architect, we provide full service access compliance plan reviews for K-12 schools, community colleges, universities, and emergency service buildings. In addition, our firm is on the qualified list of consultants to provide access compliance plan review services to the California State University's 23 campuses. Our firm has also been responsible for site surveys and building and facility evaluation for compliance with the State of California Title-24 and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). |
